Breech Package

Breech Package $1500

I love, love, love working with clients with head-up babies!!!

I offer five breech package half-price-scholarships per year, and two full scholarships. If you are in true financial need, please do not hesitate to reach out.

If you’re not sure you want to commit to my full breech package, no problem. Come in to Full Moon Birth Center for an initial exam and comprehensive breech care session ($250). Or a three-visit initial package ($495). If you choose to continue care, I will apply what you paid so far toward a breech package.

My clients’ turn-rate who complete my breech package, starting at 36.5 weeks or before, who also receive acupuncture from a perinatal specialist, follow the Spinning Babies “Six-Days to Flip” protocol, and invite me or another ECV-prep bodyworker to attend their version consistently averages over 90% for the past five years. I recently celebrated 13 turns in a row!

I love that moment when we confirm baby turned. I always cry! I also love when people with breech babies make empowered choices to have a vaginal breech birth or a family-centered cesarean.

Some babies aren’t meant to turn. Sometimes there is an excellent reason why baby is head up. If your baby is one of these, we work together to plan a vaginal breech or a family-centered cesarean birth. I am super-pro-choice. I honor any choice you make to birth where you want, how you want, and with whom you want.

I consistently see that, over 90% of the time, the underlying reason for breech (and posterior) babies is structural imbalance. These imbalances may be corrected with a combination of chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, Spinning Babies and other exercises, and acupuncture. I provide full care sessions encompassing all of this, with the exception of acupuncture. I will refer you to an acupuncturist who works in collaborative care with me.

Here’s what’s included in my breech package (total of approximately 20 hours of care):

If you birth prior to your seventh session, you may use the remaining sessions for postpartum care for you, your baby, or both.

  • Initial Advanced Webster & Chiropractic Exam – 2-3 hours

  • Counseling on your choices and recommendations for the best local providers to support your choice. (Wait-and-see/Vaginal Breech/ECV/Family-Centered Cesarean) – 1-2 hours

  • Five Full Care Sessions, including Advanced Webster Technique Chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, Spinning Babies and other exercise recommendations. – 5 hours

  • Two Express Care Sessions, including Advanced Webster Technique Chiropractic – 30 minutes each

  • “What to Expect” pre-ECV meeting with you, your birth partner and your Doula at my office or your home – 1 hour

  • Attending your ECV in-person if you choose to have one. Including two hours of ECV-prep bodywork in the hospital, birth center, or Midwife’s office. ECV Doula services. Advocating for your choices and supporting your ECV in the hospital, birth center or Midwife’s office. – 3-5 hours

  • Priority scheduling. My clients with head-down babies are understanding if I shift their appointments to accommodate clients with breech babies. We need you to get adjusted as soon as possible, and as often as possible! Our community is here to support you.

  • One postpartum housecall for birthing person and baby. Even if baby turns, it’s super-important for babies who were breech to receive chiropractic and craniosacral therapy as soon as possible following birth. Babies who were breech tend to have different head molding than babies who were head-down. They may also have pelvic and hip imbalances, including hip dysplasia. This may predispose baby to breastfeeding and gastrointestinal challenges. Cranial bones begin to fuse around day 10 following birth. So, the earlier postpartum I can see you, the better. – 3-4 hours.

  • Following your breech package, you’ll receive a discounted rate for future care sessions for you, baby, or both.

  • If you also choose to work with me for birth Doula services, I will apply the $1500 toward my Doula fee.
